Terms of Service
Last updated: September 17, 2026
These terms cover your use of Trebexa. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Trebexa is in active beta, so please read the "beta service" section below closely.
Beta service
Trebexa is under active development. Features may change, and new plans may be introduced as we grow — but any commitment made to you at signup (like free-tier access) will be honored as described. Because it's a beta, occasional bugs, downtime, or data-model changes are more likely than in a mature product; we'll communicate meaningful changes as they happen.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, or use that infringes someone else's rights.
- No attempting to breach, probe, or disrupt the security or infrastructure of the service.
- No reselling or sublicensing access to Trebexa without our written agreement.
- You must have the appropriate consent from your own clients before storing their information in Trebexa.
Your content & client data
You retain ownership of the client data, notes, and photos you enter. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content back to you — and to your client, if you invite them to the client portal — solely to provide the service.
Subscriptions & payment
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Termination
You may stop using Trebexa and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Data handling after termination follows our Privacy Policy's retention and deletion terms.
Disclaimers
Trebexa is provided "as is" during beta, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Trebexa is a practice-management and progress-tracking tool, not a certified electronic health record (EHR) system — if you need regulated clinical recordkeeping, talk to us about the HIPAA-compliant storage add-on and confirm it meets your specific compliance obligations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trebexa and Fall Rise Infotech are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date above whenever we make a material change, and material changes will be communicated to active users.
