The Real Problem
Most practitioners track progress across paper forms, notes apps, and camera rolls. The data exists, but it is too scattered to turn into a clear story for the client.
When clients cannot see progress, motivation drops and churn increases even if the service quality is high.
A Better Weekly Workflow
Capture baseline intake once. During every visit, log quick metrics, short notes, and at least one photo. Keep it simple enough to complete in under a minute.
At review points, use trend lines plus side-by-side photos so the conversation becomes concrete and visual.
What To Measure First
Start with three fields you actually use every week. For trainers this can be body weight, key lift, and adherence. For physios this can be pain scale, range of motion, and home-plan completion.
Avoid large templates early. The goal is consistency, not form complexity.
